ExpoStudio Hosted Buyer System

A complete walkthrough of the platform — from creating an event to running matchmaking, equipping onsite staff, and producing post-event ROI reports. Each module pairs the original narration transcript with screenshots and a structured explanation, ready to use as the basis for onboarding, sales, QA or rebuild work.

How the modules fit together. Modules 1–4 cover event setup (events, attendee types, forms, plan, agenda). Modules 5–8 cover the attendee-facing client panels and the administrator's input refinement before matchmaking runs. Module 9 is the matching engine itself. Modules 10–13 cover everything from the print runs and the mobile app down to live onsite check-in, no-shows, push notifications and the reporting catalog.

No-show, Master scheduler, Push & Reporting

During and after the event. Mark no-shows so they're excluded from re-runs, the Master Scheduler with side-by-side day comparison, broadcast Push Notifications targetable to specific groups, and the Reports catalog (~20 reports across Meetings / Attendees / Other) exportable as PDF or XLS.
